CAN I STILL MOVE HOUSE DURING THE SECOND LOCKDOWN?
We are still allowed to carry out House Moves at the moment . The Housing market is open and so are we , as a Removal Company.
If you have any symptoms, do not book a Removals Service yet.
We are available to give you a free quote via whatsapp photos/ videos instead of a visit to your home .
You can then book your House Move later on after your isolation and after you have now been confirmed to be fully recovered.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY DEPOSIT IF I AM NOT ABLE TO MOVE DUE TO ISOLATION?
If you have paid a deposit towards your move but you are unable to move because someone in your household has displayed symptoms and you now have to isolate, that’s fine .
Contact us and you will receive a refund of your deposit. You can always contact us again when you need to re-book your Man and Van / Removals Service later .
WILL I BE ABLE TO TRAVEL ALONG WITH THE VAN FROM MY PICK UP TO DELIVERY LOCATION ?
You will need to travel separately from your pick up location to your destination instead of coming with the driver in the van.
You will meet the Man and Van or Removals Team again at your destination . We are aware that there might be a gap between arrival times on the destination location but Our driver will be happy to wait for you should there be any delay while you make your way.
WHAT AM I REQUIRED TO DO TO KEEP SAFE ON MY MOVE DAY ?
We advise that customers should have their hand sanitiser and face mask on the move day and also endeavor to keep to social distancing as much as possible during their move .
Your movers will also have their face mask, PPE and practice social distancing during your move.
